2. Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 3-7 business days.
(Before we ship your order, we need time to prepare your products (quality check, packing, and customs documentation)).

Note: Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed the next business day.
- Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.
3. Shipping Rates & Estimates
3.1 The total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.

3.2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and the shipping method selected.
You will be able to view the final shipping cost before completing your purchase.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. You can use this number to track your package on our website or the carrier's portal.
5. Taxes and Duties

Product prices displayed do not include Sales Tax. Tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address and local regulations. -
For United Kingdom & Australia:
Product prices displayed include applicable VAT or GST in compliance with local tax laws. -
Import Duties:

6. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package exceeds the estimated delivery timeframe significantly, please contact our support team.
- Lost Packages: If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer a refund or send a replacement free of charge.
- Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. RoleGarb is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
